I just subscribed to Amazon Music Unlimited.  In the Windows Sonos app I already had the Amazon Music service configured.  When I access Amazon Music, I only see music that I purchased from Amazon, none of the 50 million songs in the Unlimited version.

I tried resubscribing to the account and still can’t see all of the music offered by Amazon Music Unlimited.

Is it even possible to see all of the Unlimited content in Sonos?

Are you aware of the sub-menu in the Desktop app search UX?

I did not see that, thank you!  Now I can see the Amazon Music Unlimited songs!

You need to setup your Amazon subscription on your device (cell phone or tablet) in the Sonos app. Which means you must first delete the current subscription and re-add in the Sonos app.

After you have confirmed that you can access all the music entitled delete the Sonos Windows app and download it again.

Also, you won’t see all 50 million songs at once 😂

Thanks, that worked on my Android phone.  But Sonos on Windows is another matter.  Is Sonos on Windows able to see all of the songs in Amazon Music Unlimited?

Sorry to hear you’re having issue with the Sonos windows and Amazon Music Unlimited. Have you tried randomly searching for a song to see if it pops up?

Yes, songs, artists, nothing shows up.  I tried removing Amazon Music like I did on my phone, but that does not get it working in the Windows app.  Bummer.

@zBernie123

Uninstall and reinstall the Windows app. It’ll remove any cache that might be preventing it from seeing your correct, full Amazon subscription.

Good suggestion but it did not work.  Here is what Amazon Music looks like in Windows.  All I have are various stations I can connect to like the regular Amazon Music (Not unlimited)

How is this different to what you see in the mobile Sonos app? Can you give an example of a Search that doesn’t find what you are looking for?

The searches do not find ANYTHING except for sings I already purchased through Amazon.  The only place that shows any music at all is “Stations”.  When I click on it I see well stations.  When I search there under “Artists” I only see my own music that I own in Amazon Music.  It’s definitely not seeing the 50 million songs in Amazon Music Unlimited.

You seem to have missed my popup menu reply, you are searching My Music only.
