Hello @Mutti, welcome back!

It is not currently possible to move your favorites from MyTuner Radio App to the Sonos App.

This would be a feature request to MyTuner Radio as they are responsible of what is available for MyTuner Radio service within the Sonos App.

I hope this helps.

I think I’ve expressed myself not well,

I don’t expect to import my favorites from MyTurner to Sonos favorites but when I enter in the menu of the myTurner service to see also a label more called “Favorites”

Hello @Mutti, thank you for the quick response.

As I mentioned in my first reply, MyTuner Radio is responsible of what is shown and is available for MyTuner Radio service within the Sonos App.

OK, I take note of that.
But I find this way of approaching it a way of washing one's hands of it. I expect a company like Sonos to pay more attention to the software you offer.
As far as I am concerned, you are the service providers and you would be responsible for accepting or denying criticism from your customers and then possibly interfacing with the developers of the various services.
Such a superficial way certainly leads me to advise anyone against buying your products in the future.
I hope that this criticism of mine can be taken into consideration and that your board (or whoever) can take it on board and think about it. It seems that I am not the only one dissatisfied with the way Sonos has been working lately.
