Dates in BBC Sounds

After being forced to use the new app (android), at some point there has been a change which is causing all podcast and episode broadcast dates to show as 1 Jan 1000000000. Is this an issue on the side of Sonos or the BBC?

Is there a fix known for this? Any help would be useful as its really frustrating not knowing which episodes I have listened to or not without playing through the last few to find out where I am!

Hi @johnnyway

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

We are aware of this issue affecting BBC Sounds and Pocketcast podcasts - we are investigating, but do not have an estimate for when a fix might be put in place. I will update this thread once I hear of a fix.

In the meantime, and if you have the option, please use a non-Android controller (iOS, Windows, macOS or Web App) to browse these services, or use the native apps and Bluetooth/Line-In where available.

I hope this helps.
