My new iphone can not find SONOS speakers.

Cannot use SONOS APP in my new iphone. Tried login SONOS APP with my acount , with my partner acount, tried create new acount… reset  the speakers, update the app, unpluge and plug again ….still  CAN NOT find my SONOS speakers. But my old phone still working. Any idea or sugestions, please?

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of the issue you’ve had with connecting your iPhone to your Sonos system.

Please open your iPhone’s settings and go to Settings » Security & Privacy » Local Network » Sonos and ensure that the app has the required permission.

If you have a firewall installed, please try temporarily disabling it to see if it helps.

Please also ensure that your iPhone is connecting to the same network as you speakers, and not to a guest network.

Finally, if your iPhone was supplied by your place of work, it may have restrictions placed upon it - please consult your IT department if this is the case.

If you reset your speakers, do you have a system for the new phone to find?
