Serveral Issues: No System found, Content services Empty, Transfer ownership failed

Hello,

Sorry if my message is a bit messy. I will try to be as clear as possible.
My current configuration is simple: I bought my first Sonos product this summer with the Ace headphones and I’m about to receive a sonos Arc ultra. So I get a bit more invested in my configuration today and I realize that in the app, nothing is basically working as expected. I was used just to connect my headphone in bluetooth and play spotify with it.

Question 1) What is the value of playing music through Sonos App with content services rather than directly in the music app ? Does it change anything?

Issue 2) I wanted to add my services but I realize that since Day 1, the content services is empty in my app. I read a lot of articles yesterday on resetting account, headphones, switching to PC/Mac app, changing my adress. I did try everything but still empty so far. I also created a new sonos account to have my headphone recognized in my devices list but it does not change anything either.

Question 3) What is a “system” ? Do I need more than 1 device to create it ?

When I go to “change the system” it says under “actual system” “Did not find any system”.

Issue 4) In System Parameter, when I click on Select your product it says “connect you as the owner of Sonos app” and I can not go further. Same, I tried several workaround but nothing works.

Issue 5) I tried to download macos app and windows app like I said previously for some workaround. But when I launch it , my 2 options are “Connecting to an existing system” or “Learn how to configure a new system”. But it does not lead me to anywhere :(

I’m wondering if all this happens because I only have a bluetooth headphone which is not really a “system” so to say. Maybe everything will be clearer once I get the Ultra today? Or even worse …

Sorry for all the translations stuff as I’m french. I hope it makes sense and some of you can bring help to me.

If you do not have any other Sonos speakers in your home, there is nothing to really connect to. The Ace is essentially a bluetooth headphone because there are no speakers to handoff sound to it.

Wait until you receive the Arc Ultra, then you can connect to a “system” and add music services.
