So, I was listening to my music this morning for an hour or so, no problems, when right in the middle of a song, the music stopped. Nothing. I have five speakers, 2 sonos play 1 and 2 sonos play 5 and a Move. When I opened the controller, all my speakers were gone except the Move. And the playlist I was listening to, was replaced by music that I listened to months ago. I won’t go into the details but I spent a good chunk of the day getting things back to some semblence of what it was. Actually, I did it once, then the controller would randomly quit on me several times, so I had to do everything over. It hasn’t quit on me since the second time. However, now, whenever I add an album to the queue it is jumbled up, that is, the songs are in a seemingly random order, not the correct order. And if I add other albums, they are all jumbled up together, that is, I might have song or two from one album followed by a song from another album followed by a song from a third album then back to the first album, etc. Is there some kind of setting that randomizes the albums and songs? I could not find any. And if not, what the heck is going on? Thanks.

Hmm, I may have been. Which one is shuffle mode? I checked “Settings” and didn’t see anything. Is shuffle mode one of those small icons at the top just above the “Now Playing” window? There are four; one looks like a bowtie, and another like two curving arrows crossing. I never use them, so I never really look at them. But they all seem to be unchecked. But, while responding to this, I tried again, and it seems to be working as it should again. So maybe the shuffle mode was checked, but when I quit and re-opened later, it reverted to unchecked? Anyway, thanks for the response. I still would like to know why my music just abruptly stopped , and 4 of my 5 speakers disappeared and the playlist reverted to an old old one and other weirdness (not expecting you to answer, it was more a rhetorical statement).
