Connecting to New Wifi

We have changed router and have a new WiFi password. The Sonos app on Windows 11 won’t connect. The only Support guidance is for iOS or Android. So we downloaded the Android app and that can’t find the system either. Is there an easier way to do this ?

Switch your router back to using your old SSID and password?

Did you try the Manage Network in the Sonos app?

On the Windows (desktop) App, it doesn’t have that option… It goes to Sonos Setup, I have to press the buttons on top of one of the speakers, and it just ends up saying not connected. The Android App won’t do anything, it first tries to connect with Bluetooth, but even holding it next to the speaker it doesn’t connect either. We have 6 speakers, I’ve just tried it on 2 of them. : )
