I have purchased the Arc & Sub about 3 months ago (brand new from Costco) and last week added a pair of Era 300 speakers (brand new from Costco). When I originally added the 300’s, I paired them together in stereo. As I was about to tune them with the TruePlay app (the option was available), I figured I should add them as surround speakers, then tuned all 3 speakers & Sub. When I tried to add them, the app stated that no surround speakers could be detected. No problem, I removed the stereo pairing then added the surround speakers to the Arc & Sub in the “Living Room”. BAM! Easy as pie! Next I went to tune the speakers but, the TruePlay option was gone from the App. I am I missing something?

You didn't state that you were using an Android phone in your initial post. I do not believe Trueplay is available for Android devices as stated here:
