Trueplay without on/off button for ARC + Sub + Era300/100 combinations

After the latest Sonos app update, Trueplay is not working properly for the ARC + Sub + Era300/100 combination. After the two step Trueplay process, the app indicates that the tuning is complete, but there is no on/off button to confirm activation. So I guess the Trueplay is not activated in the system.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem, specifically for the ARC, Sub, and Era 300/100 setups? Any insights or fixes would be greatly appreciated.

Using: Sonos App version: 80.01.11 & iPhone 14 Pro

Finally I managed to complete the Trueplay and see the on/off button after trying so many different things.

iPhone 14 Pro, Sonos app version: 80.01.11

System: Arc, Sub and 2xEra 300

Here are the steps I followed

  1. Logged out the from the Sonos App
  2. Deleted the App from the phone
  3. Removed the power connection from the Arc, Sub and the Era 300s
  4. Installed the Sonos APP and logged in
  5. Powered up the Arc, Sub and the Era 300s
  6. Completed the Trueplay tuning and got back the buttons

Maybe I got lucky this time, but thought to mention it in case it helps anyone.

Unfortunately this didn’t work for me. It just doesn’t save.
