Same here in Finland. I would have deleted Sonos for ages ago, if that was only a software business. But I have so many S1 and S2 products that it's not an easy decision to go with something else. And I'm a little bit afraid, cos I'm an android user and it seems that IOS is always more important for Sonos. Too many problems and really hate two diffrent setups S1 and S2.

I found a solution at least for me. Windows Sonos app (updated app). Go and add RadioPlay like before and it ask’s sign in credentials for RadioPlay, what it do not do with an android app.

I’ll chime in too I also lost access to RadioPlay … :( 
Sonos please fix this asap.. my missus is angry as she can’t listen to her favorite radio anymore…

I got alarms back with sonos latest update 80.00.05 and it's working fine. I have android 14 samsung One UI 6.1

Ok, I was in that impression, that it worked all the time in IOS, but not in android. So they messed up really bad.

Yeah I have tried to install the Sonos app, but my win11 mashine is not on wi-fi so the app won’t work/find the sonos :(

Der er desværre en kendt glitch med vores nye App. De har forsikret os at alt skulle være oppe at køre i morgen.

Teknisk afdeling er lukket i dag på grund af pinsen. så hvis du stadig har problemer med systemet i morgen er du velkommen til at ringe til dem på 80400177.

JA, jeg ér. 

Har forgæves forsøgt en løsning via support her igennem appen, via Sonos support på X, skrevet til Sonos CEO Patrick og forsøgt via chatten - alt sammen uden jeg endnu har modtaget den nødvendige hjælp - eller at de har fået fikset problemet.

Man bliver sgu lidt modløs når Sonos supporten viser sig at være så ekstrem amatøragtig.

Hej, det lyder godt. 

Nu ér det så godt og vel i morgen - og jeg hænger nu i kø til at komme igennem til supporten - der er kun en forventet ventetid på 65! minutter! 😡

Årsagen til mit forsøg er nok som du allerede har gættet, nemlig at problemet stadigvæk IKKE er løst...

Ved forsøg på at tilføje og godkende RadioPlay, stopper festen med en visning om at jeg ingen internetforbindelse har - hvilket ikke passer. 

Løs nu snart problemet og vis jer fra den professionelle sige, som Sonos jo gerne udadtil vil vise sig at være. 

Indtil videre er det IKKE sådan måden i håndterer fejlen på, opleves!
