Hi I use sonos S1 and are not able to add radioplay it was no problem on S2

RadioPlay is only available on Sonos in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. If you’re not seeing it as music service option, I would suggest you check your profile on Sonos.com to make sure your address is correct.
It’s also worth making sure your system and phone are running the latest software and OS updates and you can also try to add the music service with a different device.
