I am getting a 1000 error repeatedly. There was another issue that mentioned the answer is to disconnect from VPN. I do not have VPN for the device I am using any other ideas?

I just went to set up my Sonos roam and I think they’re experiencing a major service outage - https://status.sonos.com/?utm_source=embed - hopefully that’s why I’m getting error 1000 also!

That was my hunch, but glad to see it is not just me. The call wait time was 30 min, so could be.

Hi @Tcnd543

Are you still experiencing this? Error 1000 is network related, and I can’t recall anyone ever seeing it before.

As https://status.sonos.com/ is now clear, I hope everything is okay for you?

If not, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
