Sonos Roam - Can't connect

I have been using ROAM. I haven't used it for a while, but when I tried to connect to bluetooth I couldn't.

I have reset the roam to factory settings and initialized the apps, but I can't connect to Wi-Fi before I set it up. How can I get it to work?

Hey @humuhumu, welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to read your Roam wont connect to Bluetooth anymore.

Can you verify that you are using a Roam compared to a Roam 2 (Roam 2 has a dedicated button for Bluetooth)? If it’s a Roam, it needs setting up on a WiFi network first before Bluetooth can be enabled.

If this initial set-up is proving problematic as well, I’d suggest to reach out to our technical support for assistance.

Hope this helps!
