Roam keeps disconnecting since upgrade


It’s been really frustrating with my 1st gen Roam. Ever since the new Sono App upgrade my roam will kick out several times during songs. It is pretty consistent and very frustrating. I was wondering if this is the new normal. The roam is essentially useless unless I use it as a bluetooth speaker. It is a part of the rest of my sonos ecosystem ( a port and an SL one)

 

Can I send this piece of junk back to sonos?
