Sonos Move runs out of battery after 1h playing and charges in 10min

Hello Sonos lovers!

I have had my Move for about 2.5 years now, and love it. I use it almost every day for 2-3h unplugged, then return it to its base. On occasional weekends, we use it fully for around 8h or so (maybe more?).

However today for the first time, it started running consistently out of battery after about 1 to 1.5h playing. But what is weird is that after only about 10min on its charger base, it shows 100% battery, which makes me feels something is fishy. Last time I put it on charge today it literally went: 2% 7% 9% in about 2 min, then I looked again 5min later and it showed 100%. Surely it doesn't charge that fast. It's as if the system thinks the battery is empty when it is not!

Anyone has advice/experience with this?

Thanks!

It may need a replacement battery:

I would contact Sonos Support and have them check the condition of your battery.
