LG G4 and Sonos Ultra Arc - eArc and Hdmi issue

I just got an lg g4 tv and can not connect the tv to the sound bar.   It appears the hdmi arc setting selected on the tv reverts back to a tv speaker setting when I try to connect the tv thru the app.

Thank you for your willingness to help. I spoke with a Sonos rep and you were on the problem . I had to disconnect all other hdmi electronics and just have the sound bar connected to the ears input . They did the trick !

Do you have any other devices connected to the TV?

I’m trying to connect arc ultra to LG 75” but nothing. Acr is connected to hdmi2. No other devices connected. Im running out of options…

Did you enable Simplink in the TV settings? Did you perform the TV Setup process in the Sonos app?
