The Bean 2 comes with a HDMI cable from factory. Can I use an 8K high speed cable instead knowing the quality has to be better?

Yes, you can use the 8K cable, but there is no advantage for the audio. BEAM 2 ignores the video. Note the 8K cable will probably be stiffer and harder to hide.

The factory HDMI cable should be ok. However I want to upgrade HDMI cable to 8K. Will this be better and still work. Thank you

And more likely to break your equipment sockets if it gets bumped. Most of them are not repairable.

Bigger is not better. Particularly with digital.
