Sonos Beam not working

My Sonos Beam suddenly stopped working. 

  • Voice and Alexa not working
  • Does not connect to appleTV
  • Does not work via Wifi
  • DOES connect to phone / spotify / Sonos App via ethernet cable
  • DOES NOT connect to Voice or Alexa via ethernet cable

Can anyone help?
