ahhh … hours spent with the ridiculous system.  After being unable to update the wifi, I finally got the Boost to be recognised only to get the “sign in as the system owner” message.  I am signed in.  On the app and on the PC. where else am I supposed to sign in?  Please let me know where I can sell Sonos equipment  I am done with this.

Hi @Andrew276

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of these issues you are having. I think at least part of the issue is that your Boost is currently configured to be in a different system as your speakers. It will need to be factory reset and added while the app is already connected to your system.

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who will lead you through the process of getting this sorted out for you.

I hope this helps.

Did you also update the app and the system to this week’s latest updates?

Why would you need to update the WiFi if you are using a Boost - that takes the system of your WiFi?
