How to connect Play:1, Era 100 and Beam for Project T1

Hi guys,

recently bought an Era 100 + Project T1 turntable to listen to my vinyls. The Era 100 works brillantly with the T1 but I do not seem to get behind how I can connect my other SONOS speakers (Play:1 and Beam) to it. I fear I am missing something essential here …

Thank you for any help in advance.

Felix

Hey Felix,

you easily can use the „grouping“ function to play the line in source in sync on any combination of „rooms“ in your system.

Thank you! This seems to do the trick, however the speakers do disconnect during play. Any guesses why?

Maybe because of non optimal wifi connection. You can try two things:

  1. Go to settings… general settings… and switch „audio compression“ to fixed compressed.

  2. Go to Eras line in settings and try the next higher delay for grouped rooms.

@trillmeister

Hey Felix,

you easily can use the „grouping“ function to play the line in source signal in sync on any combination of „rooms“ in your system.
If you like to play the line in signal stand alone on another room than the Eras one as standard, you can change the autoplay room in line in settings.
Also you can select Eras line in as source manually for any rom.
