sonos move disconnects on wifi


Is there a solution for the Sonos dropping out constantly? 
We will be listening and it will just pause and stop the connection to the music. If I press play again the app says it’s connected but the music plays from the phone. Tried three different phones on two different versions of IOS but it’s been going on for months. It’s really frustrating because sometimes it’s fine, other times it will drop out five times in one song.

Since the Sonos app is not a music player, what app are you using to play music? Are you indeed using wifi, not bluetooth?
