After  a factory reset of 4 speakers, an update, and connection successful I  get an error message          " Unable to connect Try again later” for those 4 speakers but speakers I did not do a factory reset or software update are playing. I cannot add the other 4 speakers

STOP...do not perform another factory reset. They should only be done at the behest of Sonos Tech Support. A factory reset destroys any useful data that might be used for trouble shooting. I suggest you run a diagnostic, record the reference ID and call Sonos Tech Support.

Which Sonos App version and which Sonos products are you referring to?

Have you tried setting them up whilst temporarily wired to the router?

What did their status LED show before, during & after the attempt to setup each product?

Which mobile controller device are you using for the setup and what OS is running on the mobile?

Does your router support 802.11b/g backward compatibility for setup as mentioned in the Sonos system requirements?

If relevant, I’d suggest perhaps also using WiFi security mode WPA2 personal aswell.
