Can i Sync Sonos Arc with 2 sonos ERA 100 and 2 sonos Era 300 with Sub 4 for my media room?

No.  You could group them all as one room, but I wouldn’t recommend it (despite what the YouTube “experts” say).  Any speakers grouped as fronts are going to be delayed 75 ms for TV sources, and will be playing all channels - Front Left-Center-Right, Rear Surrounds, and Atmos Height as a stereo downmix out of the front drivers only.  This ruins any surround and/or Atmos effects, and screws up the front soundstage by playing the same channels as the Arc doubled up and mixed in with the rest.  In short, if you are looking for accurate surround sound, this grouping of “front” speakers is just about the worst thing you can do to your sound system.

Sonos only allows for one set of surrounds for it home theater systems. You can choose either the 300s or the 100s as surrounds with the Arc and Sub, but you will need to set up the other two speakers as another room. You can then group the other room with the HT room.

Just be aware that while watching TV, there may be a slight delay between the HT room and the other room.

What you have now, with the volume set to zero, is just fine for an idle setup.  If you want the ideal setup though, the only improvements you could make would be to upgrade the Arc to an Arc Ultra, and the Era 100s to Era 300s.  I can’t say that the upgrade is going to be worth the expense though.

TV Room: Arc, Era-300s, Sub 4.

Another Room: Era-100s.

Group the two Rooms for music and all will be perfect. For TV though the Grouped Room will echo a bit from the unavoidable delay.
