how to ask Alexa to play music on Move 2

hi there,

I am unable to use voice command to request Move 2 to play music via Alexa.

I am an Amazon Prime subscriber and I have Amazon music app setup on my iPhone. I also have connected Amazon Prime service to my Sonos app. I am only able to use my iPhone to select Amazon music and play to my Move 2 on wifi from my playlist using the Sonos app.

However I prefer the convenience of using voice command to request Amazon music instead of using my iPhone. is that possible?

As ​@GuitarSuperstar mentioned, you need to Set up Amazon Alexa on your Sonos Move 2.

If you are struggling getting it to work, feel free to reply here with any question or further issues you might have.

If you’ve managed to set Amazon Alexa up but it still doesn’t properly work, have a look on our Support Article Alexa commands not working on Sonos.

Have you added the Move 2 as a device and enabled the Sonos skill in the Alexa app?
