Alexa voice control says all my sonos devices are offline

Like many others on this forum, my Sonos system has suddenly stopped responding to Alexa requests.

The Alex voice control doesn't appear in my sonos voice services and I am unable to add it as the alexa skill attempts to find devices before it allows the enable / setup to finish. As it never finds the sonos devices, the skill never re-enables, it just gets stuck in the "try again" cycle.

If I use the Alexa app, it lists the various sonos devices but when I click on each one it says the device is offline.

All sonos devices and alexa devices are registered to my email account.

I'm in Spain, so the "remove the amazon shopping app" workaround isn't an option.

Any suggestions would be welcome.…
