My Sonos system has started having issues when playing Spotify through Alexa. My phone will play via Alexa ad my sonos system will play Spotify when I manually play it. To make it worse one speaker seems to be worse than the other.
I get the response "I'm sorry I'm having difficulty with that music.". This is an Alexa response.

Maybe try removing Spotify from your Alexa App and re-add it and set it as the default music service. You could also perhaps remove and reinstall the Sonos skill in that App and see if that fixes things. If the issue persists then it maybe best to submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and then contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to resolve the matter.
