Pricing discount 25% over 20 years or Upgrade 30% is a scam

I'm moving to a new home and happened to get a promotion for 25% off for 20 years and then I saw on the site when I was shopping that they had an upgrade and I have a bunch of older sonas equipment that I'm leaving with the home I'm selling. Lo and behold even with all these discounts the price is still $20 higher for an arc that I can get it at Best Buy or Costco. Crock of crap.

Did you find what you were looking for?

I don’t know of any company which allows you to stack discounts on top of sale prices.  Pretty standard practice that is laid out clearly in the fine print.

I did not say anything about stacking…  either discount offered “under the guise of loyalty to Sonos and their products” does not even get me a lower price that what I can buy it for at Costco or Best Buy.

I was just making the point, it was a crock.

So why not buy it at Costco or Best Buy?  Obviously they are running sales that Sonos is not participating in, so give them your business.

Note - You do get the wall mount and gift card with the Costco bundle, and you do have to be a paid member to buy from Costco.

I don’t see a discount anywhere for the Sonos Port. My hesitation is if it’s worth a 5% difference to trade in old equipment.

You don’t trade in the equipment. You can keep it and keep using it. You only lose the possibility to get another discount with it.

I’m going through the same issue.  Looking to purchase an Arc. I can get it elsewhere on sale for for $799.00.  If Sonos does price matching, then they should match the price and then give a 30% discount or 20 for 20 discount.  It appears that loyalty mean little to anyone anymore.
