how to reboot whole system?

I was so excited to see the recent update and installed it immediately. Everything worked better than ever and for the first time I  used the Sonos voice control. It was glorious and impressed all my friends. Then just as suddenly as it came, it went and now nothing works. Or worse, everything will turn on for a minute or two and then turn off by itself never to be resuscitated. My house is filled with these speakers, I have 4 of the IKEA ones, 1 portable, a beam & a sol one. It’s my dream system, but it doesn’t work 🫤.Please advise.

The ‘system’ exists as distributed across all speakers. In order to restart everything, I’d recommend unplugging all Sonos (and IKEA) devices from power, then rebooting your router. Give the router a couple of minutes to come back up, then plug in your Sonos (and IKEA) devices.

It might be easier just to call Sonos Support directly to discuss the issue you’re experiencing.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

For what it is worth, I’m not sure what a ‘sol one’ is. To my knowledge, neither Sonos nor IKEA has released a speaker by that name.

Maybe a One SL?

I was trying to work out some autocorrect version of that, your explanation is closer than what I was thinking, but it’s earlier in the day where I am, so less caffeine running through my system ;)

It’s late enough here to skip the caffeine and move on to the alcohol. But I peeked at @OlivesMom‘s profile too 😜

Cheers 🍻
