Unable to add Sonos Speakers to Deco BE11000 Mesh Network

I just completed upgrading my Wireless network to a Deco BE11000 Mesh.  This has a 2.4 Ghz & 5Ghz Combo network with a Single SSID and a dedicated IOT network with only a 2.4 Ghz SSID.  I have hard reset my Play 1, One SL, and Roam, I cannot get any of them to add to either of the Wireless networks.  I also have attempted to do an Ethernet connection for the Play 1 and the One SL, while I do see them pop up and get DHCP within my deco app, the Sonos app will not see them or set them up.

So this is wild, but today I tried to add my play 1 again in prep for calling Sonos Support.  This time the ehternet setup worked.  Once I had the Ethernet setup working, I was able to get all of the other speakers to now join.  It looks like the other play 1s are using the Sonos Mesh while the Roam was able to add itself to the regular Network. 

The one thing I changed was I turned off Power savings on my phone.  It make 0 sense that this would make a difference, but it is the only change I made, other than letting the Play 1 sit attached via Ethernet for an extended period of time.

    Until you put your Controller and ALL Sonos on a single network you won’t see them.

    Pick one, connect the Controller to it, then connect your Sonos to it.

    I am trying to add the devices one at a time. 

    None of them will add.  I though I would just add one device and then it would start creating the sonos mesh and I would be off, like on my linksys WiFi.  Here when I try to add it to the main 2.4 / 5Ghz network it will not add.  Then I read that maybe it was because i could not split out the 2.4 / 5Ghz.  So then I tired to add a device to the dedicated 2.4 Ghz network.  Still not able to add. 

    Then I tried to reset a different device with an Ethernet port, thinking that there is no way that this could not work, it is literally plugged into a switch.  This also failed.  Which is odd because the device is on the network, the same network which my phone is wirelesslyu connected to and yet the Sonos Setup does not see it. 

    On this mesh all the nodes are on the same network.  192.168.x.x  What type of traffic is sonos using that needs to be unblocked?

    Very strange, you’d think with the Sonos and Controller device all on the same network they’d see each other and work.

    Are you sure you haven’t got something like “Client Isolation” enabled that keeps devices from seeing each other?

    Are you sure you don’t have anything running on your phone messing with the connection, maybe security or VPN stuff. Maybe turn off your cell data link and try again?

    With the web :1400 connection responding you know the device isn’t dead.

    About out of ideas, hate to say call Sonos Support but you may be there.

    Dang, yeah no vpn, no device isolation on the deco.  It can see my roomba etc so I have setup several smart devices on the network without issue.  Yeah I wish they would allow for email support.  calling in and waiting an hour is no bueno.

    Try these steps:

    1. Network Bands: Ensure your Sonos devices are connected to the 2.4 GHz network, as some models don't support 5 GHz.
    2. Separate SSIDs: Create separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz SSIDs to avoid confusion.
    3. Ethernet Setup: Make sure devices are properly connected via Ethernet, then restart both the Deco and Sonos devices.
    4. Reset Devices: Ensure Sonos devices are in pairing mode and close to the Deco router.
    5. Update Firmware: Check for updates for both Sonos and Deco, then try setting up again.
