Sonos Port turning on Denon AVR?

With the 12v trigger output from the Sonos Port there must be a way to convert this signal to IR and turn on the AV receiver?

This would save having to turn it on via the remote

My Denon hasn’t got a 12v trigger input unfortunately

12V trigger input on a receiver is not a standard feature. You’ll need to resort to a 3rd party hack, such as adding a Raspberry Pi to send IR or IP commands to the receiver in response to the 12V trigger.
