I have four sonos rooms connected. One suddenly stopped working. It appears to play on the app but nothing comes out. I have rebooted all the sonos boxes and the router.

If you move the affected speaker closer to the router, does it make a difference? You can also try wiring the speaker directly to the router with an ethernet cable just to make sure the speaker is still working.
