Why am I getting a message that Sonos wil not play BBC radio stations?

Hi, I am hoping you can help me. I have tried searching but cannot find any reference to this on Google or the sonos community (apologies if I have missed something!!).

 

I keep getting a recorded message when listening to BBC radio saying I will no longer be able to listen from 22/23 March. I listen using Sonos radio.

 

Are other people getting this? And is there a solution, I listen to BBC radio a lot and need this feature on Sonos or a major part of my listening is no longer possible.
