Playing Vinyl via Sonos

Hi,

I’ve read a number of posts here and pages on the Sonos site but I would love help confirming I’m understanding all of this.

I currently have two Play 1 speakers. If I buy a turntable with a phono preamp built in, and a Sonos Port, I should be able to use those to play vinyl through my current Play 1 speakers, correct?

Do I need any other hardware, besides cabling, to make that work?

You are correct a turntable w/ preamp and a Port is all you need.   As to cabling, the Port comes with an RCA-to-RCA cable, which is good for 90% of the turntables out there.
