sonos beam volume not working worh sky q remote.

I can’t get the volume buttons to work on the sky q remote to increase or decrease sound.

It did work fine in both rooms with a beam but now not working in either.

Tried setting up in sky settings but won’t recognise Sonos and Sonos app says remote connected

 

any suggestions, thx
