Which format is better for Sonos ARC devices? Dolby Digital 5.1 or Dolby Multi-channel PCM 5.1?

I have the same question
I’m using a LG 55NANO866 and with eARC setting on automatic I have Dolby Atmos and Dolby Multi Channel PCM 5.1
on pass through I have Dolby Atmos (DD+) and Dolby Digital Plus 5.1.
So what is better? I can hear on PCM multi channel the voices are on a lower volume.
