Hi, I have a Sonos Beam, Sky Q & a Panasonic FX700B 2018 TV and I am having trouble with Lip sync. I am connecting to the HDMI Arc port but in "Normal" sound on the Sky Q box it is slightly delayed, BUT when selecting Dolby 5.1 output on the sky Q box the lip sync is terrible. No selectable delays either on the Sonos app or sky Q work because the video is first i.e the audio is already delayed. Panasonic have said the delay is caused by Sonos not processing the sound quicker enough and Sky say contact Sonos and/or Panasonic. I have tried it via optical cable and the lip sync still occurs so it is not going via the TV at all. Is there anyway to increase the processing of the sound. I don't want to loose arc functionality and I don't want to set anything to PCM because I got the Sonos beam for the sound quality and was going to set it up with my Sonos ones to try and obtain 5.0.
Any help will be appreciated as it is driving me mad and my investment seems like it is a waste. I love Sonos but I am thinking possibly I have made the wrong choice for my setup.
p.s I am also getting this issue when swapping to a Samsung TV so it kind of rules out the TV (I think).
Thanks
