Can I connect sonos roam to a Monitor via usb-c and 3.5mm cable?

Long story short, I want to connect sonos roam to a monitor, that has no speakers. Will connecting sonos roam via usb-c to 3.5mm cable work?

No, that won’t work, I’m afraid. The USB-C port on Roam is for charging only.

No, that won’t work, I’m afraid. The USB-C port on Roam is for charging only.
