Replacement grille for PLAY:5
Hi all, i damaged the front grille of my play 5. Is there a chance of a replacement part? The damage is a pea sized dent smack bang in the centre of the grille. Once you see it, you can't stop noticing it! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Although we do not carry individual parts for repair, our Care team could replace the unit in its entirety. Keep in mind, this replacement process will be out-of-warranty and will likely cost since we will need to replace the unit entirely. What is the serial number of the unit? I'll be happy to find out the exact cost should you want to get it replaced.
