I would love to get the Pro-Ject T1 and hook it up to an entertainment system with 2x sonos one speakers (gen 2), a gen 3 amp, and an arc. Is that possible?

You need a Sonos device equipped with line-in like a Port, Five, or Amp to connect the turntable. The Arc, Sub, and Ones do not have a line-in port.
