I wanted to know if it's mandatory to have WiFi to connect to Sonos? One. Or just have bluetooth thanks I'm waiting for an answer.

For set up, yes. Once it has been set up, no.

Volevo sapere se è obbligatorio avere WiFi per collegarmi al sonos? One . Oppure basta avere bluetooth grazie aspetto risposta. 

Is the speaker the Sonos One, or the Sonos Era 100?

If it is the One, then NO, the One is not a bluetooth speaker, but you can use Airplay if you have an iPhone. This WILL require WIFI
