I get where you’re coming from—when tech doesn’t work the way it should, it’s super frustrating, especially after spending so much. That said, Sonos usually performs pretty well once setup issues are ironed out. A lot of the problems tend to come from WiFi network stability or router settings rather than the speakers themselves.
If you’re open to troubleshooting before returning, I’d suggest checking the Sonos support guides or posting your setup details here—community members are usually quick to help out. It might save you the hassle of returning everything if it’s just a network/configuration issue.
