What is the issue with my Sonos Play:1 speaker?

The problem with my Sonos Play:1 speaker is that it doesn’t perform a factory reset, it doesn’t connect through the Sonos app, and it doesn’t work when I try using an Ethernet cable. No matter what I do, it doesn’t respond or connect properly.

I'd suggest a call to Sonos support,  it may be broken.
