Volume control on one speaker constantly lowers itself to 15.

The volume slider in Sonos app constantly resets to a very low volume, appropriately 15%. The app is up to date and I have unplugged and plugged in an attempt to reboot system. Nothing system seems to affect this and it makes the entire system useless. Anyone else experiencing this? Any tips or suggestions? Thanks for anything you got.

Your profile says you have an Amp. Is this the product being affected by this volume slide? It may be a safety protection feature in the Amp - try generating a diagnostics report within a few minutes of it happening, and contact Sonos Support; see what they say. (If the volume is being reduced by an external input, the diagnostics report may tell them what instigated it.)

Do you have any voice assistants active or a link to a non-Sonos app?

Not that i am aware of. we have the app on a windows desktop as well as the app on a couple android phones.
