When I connect a Bluetooth device to my arc ultra speaker, after about 5 to 10 seconds it kicks it off and goes back to the arc ultra speaker. I’ve tried many times, have been not successful a few. It seems random. What do I need to do to keep my Bluetooth device which is a headphone to stay until I exit it myself.
The Arc Ultra receives Bluetooth audio. It cannot send Bluetooth audio to your headphones.
don’t understand what you mean. We should be able to get Bluetooth audio by bypassing the arc ultra. I know the arc does not send sound to headphones and stuff. But right now it won’t let me use the TVs Bluetooth, which I’ve used on my TV hundreds of times before I use the arc ultra. We need a way to bypass the arc ultra because it stops me from getting the sound from the TV through Bluetooth. How can I do that?
thank you for your help!

Before pairing the headphones to your TV, try disabling CEC in your TV settings.
Thanks for your suggestion. I’m not familiar with what CEC is. Can you tell me what it stands for and how to find it?
thank you again for your time. I really appreciate it.
What model TV do you have?
LG TV MODEL #OLED 65C1AUB
THANKS FOR YOUR Continuing help. it is appreciated!
Look for a setting called Simplink and disable it.
