I recently changed my WiFi provider annd hadn’t used my speaker for a month or so. I am now unable to update my Sonos Play 3, it won’t find the new WiFi system. Can anyone help?

Unless you change the SSID/password on the new router to match the previous router, you need to factory reset the Play:3 to get it to join a new Wi-Fi network, or use it wired to the router.
