I have a brand new in box One speaker that I purchased about 6 years ago.  I bought a bunch of them anticipating expanding at home and the office where I have it set up.

I'm trying to set up this new speaker at home, i have no sonos products at home. I have sonos set up at the office

This new speaker fails at the update stage of setup every time,  regardless of wifi or wired.  I get error 30 on wifi and 1014 with Ethernet.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using android with what I think is the s1 app ( doesn't actually say on the icon like it used to, but the icon is black) .

You may need to contact Sonos after the holiday for some interim updates; it’s too big a jump from 6-years-ago firmware.
