If you got any error message it would help if you said what it was, and what steps you’ve taken to try and resolve the problem. 


Thanks for answering . Sorry I’m newbee in the community. 2 times failed error message : too many sounds in background. However room was completely silence. Good news : the third time process went ok. I own the 5’ s about 5 years. 
 


Sometimes sounds you don't hear can be picked up. Trueplay hated our old fridge that I couldn't hear.
