Trouble going wifi


Hello everyone!
I have a mega problem that makes me hate my Sonos Play:1. I explain to you. A few months ago, when I was listening to IHeart Radio, the music cut out frequently. So I decide to reset my Sonos and now it's impossible for me to activate its wifi. I think the cuts were due to the fact that I was on 5 GHz by mistake. So I connected my iPhone to 2.4 GHz and with an internet wire connected to my Sonos to reconnect. I've been trying to find the problem for almost 12 hours now but without success! I'm really running out of patience. Help me please!!!
