I have two Era 100 speaker and a Roam. The two Era 100s operate fine on the home wifi system. I can see the Roam but when I choose to play “everywhere” including the Roam I get a message “Unable to connect. Try later.” They are all showing in settings as being visible and on the same wifi system. I have tried re-setting wifi etc. Any ideas?

I found that a factory re-set on the Roam and then connecting it again to the system did the job.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues playing to your whole system. Usually an “Unable to connect. Try later” message stems from a connection issues, but what happens when you try to play the Roam by itself, do you still get the error message?
If you can play the Roam by itself, then what I’d recommend would be a full system restart by powering off your Router, any additional networking equipment, all your Sonos speakers, and any controllers running the Sonos app in that order for around 1-2 minutes. I understand you restarted your router already, but doing the whole system this order should help. Once everything is powered on and showing in the app, try grouping everything and starting playback.
