The beam does not turn on , is  not working g with Alexa , and does not show up on Sonos app as being connected to the system anymore 

Confirm the power cable is fully inserted / flush.

Unplug it from power for a minute, plug it in, what does the LED do?


What does Sonos support say? 


Updating network? Do you have a new router?

How? It’s always helpful to know, to help others in the future. 


We looked again in the back of the tv on the wall above the beam . We checked every plug connection and every one was secure except for one . We pulled it out , counted to ten and replugged it . It was hard to determine which one went with the beam so we checked them all . 


Writeable, velcro cable labels. 60 for $14 and save a lot of frustration.
